TIPS Resistance Tubing Exercises

LOL Heidi! That's great that you made the plunge and bought some. You can really get a good full-body workout using them. There is some information on the about.com site with basic exercise info. I think the best thing is to pick the ones that are the easiest to get the hang of and then once you get used to the feel of the band try some that are a little bit more difficult for you.

You can also watch some videos on YouTube if you search "resistance band training" a bunch will pop up in the results window.
