BTW, why do people think they don't? The way I (and most people) interpret their policy as accepting coupons and I interpret this from their website

As meaning THEY (nor anyone else) don't print out coupons for TJ branded products. Since they carry some non-TJ products, coupons can be applied to those (though are relatively few)
