Can I hijack this thread to tell a funny Big Lots story? We all know Big Lots isn't exactly known for their stellar customer service. I was there once, and as usual there were 10 customers in line and one register open.
So we're all waiting, hemming and hawing, shifting our weight, and the cashier looked up and said "I quit. I Q-U-I-T. Quit." And she walked out the door.
I don't know why I still go there.
