While I'm sure your husband is a very nice and loving man, I'm giving you permission to ignore him about this subject for the time being.

Any change, however small, that you make towards promoting a healthier lifestyle is worth it. Try doing little things that make a big impact. Shop the dirty dozen (you'll hear that like a broken record around here.) Learn to read labels and try cutting out/cutting back on items with high fructose corn syrup.

In this community we're all pretty careful about what we spend. I think you've gotta start somewhere and if you eventually make it to 100% and it takes years to get there then the journey is worth it. No one is here is 100%. I'd even venture out on a limb to say that a lot of people who say that they are 100% aren't- everyone has slip-ups or things that they aren't knowledgeable about.

The point of OGD is to take small steps towards achieving the shade of green that is right for your life. Try not to get too frustrated.
