I'm another PNW as well. I recently moved from Whidbey Island and am now in Bellingham as well. I just joined this sight a couple of days ago and am having a really difficult time navigating through it.

I'm a long time organic oh natural girl. I'm quite a whole food cook as well. I pretty much can make anything work with any kind of diet. I'm a SAHM currently to a 2 1/2 year old. I agree, keeping to a budget for a family that eats entirely organic is frustrating when others say you can do it for so much less. I'm hoping to figure out the coupon thing soon for the foods I like.
