I was using the liquid crystal "Naturally Fresh" deodorant for awhile but it took forever for it to dry on my armpits, so I had to flap my arms like a bird before I got dressed. I just bought the hard stick last week that you have to wet yourself and that seems to dry much faster.

I still have to wear mainstream deodorant when I know I'm going to be in really high humidity/heat and when I'm working out around other people. So if I'm just doing an exercise video at home I'll wear the natural stuff and if I'm going down to the gym to use the cycle or to walk a few miles at the park I lather on the other stuff.

I used to be like you Heidi, before I was diagnosed with RA I would never sweat and if I forgot to put on deodorant one day it wasn't a big deal. Now I'm the complete opposite!
