It's easy:

1. Remove the cover from the October 27 issue of People magazine.
2. Fold cover inside out, then tape the sides to create an envelope.
3. Fill the pouch with five plastic Target bags.
4. Seal all sides and drop in any U.S. Postal Mail Box by 11/30/08.
