Try this:

Spread Cream Cheese on one side of smoked salmon. wrap the smoked salmon around a peeled and pitted avocado. Freeze for about 1 hour. Cut into pinwheels.

We also add one or more of the following: Capers, Squeeze of lemon, red onions, olive oil and vinegar, fresh dill, tarragon, diced tomatoes (do not freeze - add later)

Yummy.
