I shop at the one in Charlotte, NC. They have great deals on natural peanut butter, homrone free milk, amd nuts. I love their prepared foods like hummus and baba ganoush. They also have some decent wine deals (not two buck chuck) - I got a decent amarrone for $15 last month!
