I just ordered some Rainbow lite Nutristart (http://www.rainbowlight.com/Categories.aspx?Category=a0de950b-a98a-4084-8992-a861d67a6d54)for my kids.
Hoping you all have some good things to say about it.
I take nada.
Well the chiropractor convinced me to get some Metagenics EPA-DHA Extra Strength (http://www.metagenics.com/products/a-z-products-list/EPA-DHA-Extra-Strength-Enteric-Coated), but I split one up for the kids - one noticed one didn't gave them both the runs.
And I have taken two
maybe
Any advice?:shrug2:

I give my kids Gummy Multi-Vitamins. They are tasty and the kids love them. :)
As for myself, I take:
Vitamin B "50" - Trader Joe's brand
Vitamin D3 - NSI
Ginkgo Biloba - NSI
Calcium Magnesium & Zinc - Trader Joe's brand
Omega 3 Fish Oil - Kirkland (Costco)
This probably sounds like a lot of vitamins, and I could probably benefit from taking a Multi-Vitamin in lieu of all those individual vitamins, but I just haven't found one I like yet.

I know this is an old post but thought I would add mine.
I started taking Shaklee vitamins last year which includes a cholesterol lowering supplement, fish oil, probiotic and fiber supplement. In addition I take 2 Flax Oil Pills (Costco brand). Also, I do B12 injections monthly due to a deficiency from GI problems.
Great news! My recent bloodwork showed Triglycerides(was over double high) and Cholesterol normal! My only other change would have been going totally gluten-free last April. I did start egg-free in September but I really never ate plain eggs - just those in foods as I had already suspected the allergy.
I really attribute my cholesterol/heart health tests improving from my vitamin supplements.
Anyone else want to share?

I Am Always Interested To Read What Supplements Other People Are Taking. Great News Runbunnymom!!
My Caps Locks Are Stuck - Sorry.
My Kids Take Natures Plus Animal Parade Vitamins Daily. It Is A Multivitamin. I Also Have Them Take Coromega - An Omega 3 Supplement. My Son Likes The Taste Of The Orange Flavor, My Daughter Does Not. I Need To Start Sneaking It Into Her Orange Juice.
I Am Taking A Calcium Supplement From Natures Made Which Also Has Vitamin D, Magnesium And Zinc. I Mainly Take It For The Calcium And Vitamin D.
I Have Been Wondering If I Should Add Any Other Supplements???

I give my kids a Hero brand Wholefoods & Antioxidant Gummy Vitamin sold at Whole Foods but I purchase through our coop for $10 less for 200 count. My 1 & 3 year old love their vitamins! They also take a multi-vitamin with iron as my daughter was slightly low 6 months ago. I had to try multiple until I found one they liked :)

We take Kirkland fish oil capsules daily, but that's it. We really try to get as much as possible through what we eat.

If you can afford it, Garden of Life's great.
