Anyone ever make any of her recipes? I am thinking of trying her recipes on the website before purchasing the cookbook. I have spent so much money (some wasted) on trying new gluten-free recipes.

Any input?

Here is a recipe for gf tortillas.

I follow her on Facebook and read her blog from time to time, but haven't made any of her recipes. I remember that she does use ingredients that I tend not to have on hand (stevia and quinoa flakes come to mind).

Could you check to see if your library has the book before buying it? (probably a long shot, but if you live near a large library system, they could ILL it for you)....

Thanks! That is a great idea. We have started to use stevia more and I do eat the quinoa flour, so the flakes won't be hard to get. I am going to try using almond meal flour in some recipes soon. She doesn't use it as much as others. Will keep you posted.
