I have tons of DVD's that I would be more than happy to mail ya. PM me if you're interested. I have yoga ones, pilates, circuit training...etc.. I also have some books that I can loan ya if you want.
Also, if you do Netflix, they have a lot of DVD's on their site.
Library Books:
Weight training for Dummies-good overview for the beginner
Any Shape magazine published book
DVDs:
I'd look for circuit training/yoga DVDs by Kathy Smith and Karen Voigt. I am hesitant fan of Denise Austin-she just annoys me with her perkiness and some of her cues in her videos.
Pilates/Yoga Any Gaiam (sp?) produced video. Rodney Yee is awesome!

Queen - do you guys have cable? Our cable lineup includes a fitness channel has great stuff on it for all levels.
Also I think Cardio Striptease maybe a good place for you to start:
Amazon.com: Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease: Movies & TV: Carmen Electra,Michael Carson (II),Stacey Harper,Ashley Roberts,Edward Lachman (http://www.amazon.com/Carmen-Electras-Aerobic-Striptease-Electra/dp/B00064VQWQ)

I second jen's suggestion of Cardio Striptease for you Heidi! ;)
Also, I purchased Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds videos a couple years ago and they are AWESOME. Perfect for a beginner... you start with the 1 mile walk and work your way up to the 3 mile walk... all from your own living room! Plus they come with a set of water weights that are nice and comfortable in your hands. I shared the videos with my Mom and she LOVED them... and she's very hard to please when it comes to workout kind of stuff because she can't just put on any old workout video and follow along with it.
I got my set from Amazon and it was a pretty reasonable price. :smile5:
