I figured out what magazine it came from as I was cleaning out my magazine basket. It was from Shape magazine. Good list though. I am really enjoying my playlist thus far.

:thanks1:so much for these playlists! I really need to get with the program. My son has left his ipod on the bannister for two weeks now so I think I'll aquire it, and get some tunes to get me going faster during my day.
I just so much feel like this ~ :exercise40: over the last month from stress.

Thats how I feel too. We are going to go ahead and sign up for a family membership to the rec. center after we get back from our camping trip. It's high time we started getting in better shape. I really want to take a water aerobics class because I really love swimming. I used to swim in high school and really miss it. And they also have an indoor track which means no excuses for not working out in the winter. LOL
