I'm curious to know where everyone shops for their groceries? Is there one store you're completely loyal to? Do you shop at several? Is there a special store you hit up for organic deals? Let us know!! Also, let us know if you'd like to request a new forum for your favorite store!

I shop regularly at Costco, Trader Joe's and My Organic Market.
I shop occasionally at these large chain stores: Superfresh, Giant, Weis, and Safeway. And these regional stores: Mars, David's Natural market, and Roots market. (I'll usually do one of these stores each week, sometimes less often, depending on where the deals are and what I need that's not available at my regular stores.)
Walmart and Target I go to maybe monthly, but usually not for food- they are the "super" stores but in my county they aren't allowed to be a "grocery" store so the food is very limited.

I shop a local natural foods market, Publix, Super Target, and Sam's. I recently made a stop by Big Lots (thanks to a thread on here) and will pop by there now and then to see what organics they have. We will also have to start going back to WalMart since the Whole Foods we were driving to closed. I also purchase on occasion from Amazon.
One store you might consider adding to the forums is Ingles. We purchased some land in GA last year and visted three stores while we were there. I was amazed and impressed with the number of organic items they had and the sales and prices were great (compared to what I'm used to).

Mainly, I go to Shaw's. Sometimes WF (2-3/mo.), sometimes Walmart or Target (3-4/mo.), sometimes Hannaford (maybe 2x/mo.). I have a local market, but it is so small...I did buy a ton of coconut water there though when DS and DH were sick. It was a daily trip for ~week.

Great idea for a thread!
I shop for organics regularly at QFC, Fred Meyer, Safeway and Trader Joe's. Winco has a few odds and ends and I love Whole Foods, but have to drive to Seattle to get there so I've only been there a couple times.

I shop at Central Market every Tues. and use their weekly coupon, usually a meat/seafood counter item, I LOVE it!

I usually shop at Kroger (loyal customer) but have branched out to Central Market. I will go to WalMart (maybe 2 times a month) and Target

I'm lucky enough to have a bunch of supermarkets all within a few miles of each other, so I usually do a loop to cherry-pick sales/coupon deals: my local ShopRite and Stop & Shop have been expanding their selection of organics, and I also shop Hannaford and BJ's. There's also a small local (Hudson Valley) chain called Adam's that has awesome prices on meats (conventional and organic) and produce, and they often buy from local farms. So even if the produce I'm buying isn't all organic, I'm happy knowing it was grown in the area.
Oh, and I can't forget Trader Joe's -- the closest one to me now is about 30 miles away, so we only go there once every 4-6 weeks or so.

I have three different grocery stores all around my area, but I grocery shop at Super Stop & Shop...for my meats and produce and such. Once in awhile I'll stop at Big Y or ShopRite if something in the flyer catches my eye. I will buy my supplements and raw milk and cheese from a local health food store called Ginger Root and occasionally one called Puritan & Genesta (but talk about EXPENSIVE!! But, it is in Mystic, CT, so I'm sure things are marked up more just because of the town) I get the majority of my boxed and jar stuff from Target. I don't have a SuperTarget (:frown1:). I haven't stepped in a WalMart in close to 2 years...I boycotted them for many, many, MANY reasons back then. There is also a store around me called Ocean State Job Lot...I would say it's probably comparable to what some people have in a Big Lots (but not sure since I don't have one of those), but I can usually find TONS of Newman's Own Organics things there for pretty cheap. Also the Green & Black chocolates for $2 for a big bar instead of the $3.69 they are at the grocery store.
So, I have lots of different choices, but not just one place to get everything I'd like at good prices. I really do have to shop around.

I mainly shop at:
Central Market.
I go by Trader Joe's once a month for a few odds and ends. Sometimes I go to Whole Foods, but not often since it's in Seattle.
I'll go to Albertsons, Safeway, QFC, Fred Meyer or Top Foods if there's a killer sale.

I shop mostly Kroger, since there is one on every corner within a 20 mile radius - no kidding. I love Meijer, but it's 10 miles away, and I just can't get myself motivated these days to drive there when the nearest Kroger is only 1 mile, kwim?
I try to get to Whole Foods and a local health food store, Rainbow Blossom at least once every 3-4 weeks.

I have sooo many stores to choose from that I could easily list 25+ within 5 miles of me. The stores I shop at the most though are Vons, Albertsons, Stater Bros, Henry's Farmers Market, Boney's Marketplace, Trader Joe's and now Costco.

I have only regularly shopped at Wegmans for the last several years. I am going to start exploring more natural food stores when I come across them though.

I shop at Whole Foods 4-5 times a week. I am blessed, because I live very close to it....I looove it. It's my "special safe" place. :)
I also buy organic eggs at Costco for 4.49, and do the rest of my organic shopping at the local co-op...Wheatsville.
I will also shop at the Central Market once in awhile, and use that those coupons 10.00 item free wyb 40.00 worth of stuff, though they have jacked up the prices so much more ridiculously higher than Whole Foods, that even with that coupon...it's sometimes not worth it.
I feel very lucky to live in Austin and be so close to so many organic and natural food stores!! I HATE the weather though!! :)

Let's see...
Whole Foods, Target, Safeway or Nob Hill... occasionally Lucky's or Trader Joe's (I used to work there and hate getting stopped by customers when I'm trying to shop myself), once a month or so we do a Costco run.
We get most of our vegetables from a CSA share, as well as a dozen eggs per week (the rest of the eggs we get from WF). We buy a large percentage of our meat from local farmers.
Everything else gets filled in with farmers market trips.

I shop at local grocery store, local co-op, local health food store, local farms, Meijer, Wal-mart and I'd like to see what Target has but it's an hour drive.

I shop at Target, Cub Foods, Cashwise, Coborns, and sometimes Walmart. I don't think many people have the stores we have, so its hard to keep track of the good organic deals.

I live in a small town, so I stock-up on organic and natural foods when I visit my parents. In their town I go to Target, HyVee and the Good Food Store.
HyVee has a nice selection of Organic/Natural foods, although I think it varies by store. They just expanded that section during remodeling last year at the store I shop at.

Shoprite and A&P (Northern NJ), wish I could afford Whole Foods and it was closer to my house.

Publix, Bloom, Bi-Lo, and Whole Foods are the main ones. Occasionally Ingles, Walmart, and EarthFare.

Generally Randalls, HEB/Central Market, Target and only when I have to (can you tell I don't like it?!) Kroger. I go to the local farmers market when I can...I'd really like to get to Whole Foods more - for deals and such, but it is out of the way and I haven't "figured it out" yet!

WalMart and Giant Eagle (not to be confused with Giant). I go to Target occasionally.
