Some of the better deals I found weren't advertised, such as the Pure & Natural soaps.
This week at my Kmart they are tripling coupons up to $0.75 and doubling from $0.76-$2. Double and Triple amounts may vary by store as well as sales. Here are some I found:
Physicians Formula cosmetics
40% off
The $1/1 coupons are worth $2/1. With the 40% off sale you should be able to score some great deals. Some items are FREE after MIR w/TMF label. Here are the details:Physicians Formula - Rebates (http://www.physiciansformula.com/Rebates/Rebate.html)
Pure & Natural Soaps
2 pack bars are $3.89
Hand pumps are $4.99
So the $1/1 off coupons are a $2/1 value making these $1.89 and $2.99. There was one in the 4/19 insert. You can also print one here:Coupons (http://print.coupons.com/Couponweb/Offers.aspx?pid=12926&zid=ta33&nid=10) , located in personal care category. Some, but not all, of these soaps contain SLS.
They also had 12 pack Marcal toilet paper at my location, but I didn't see a price for it. Some stores sell the toilet paper 4ct for $2.89 and the paper towels 2ct for $2.79 (not mine unfortunately), so w/the $1/1 coupons they come to $0.89 and $0.79 each. There are quite a few coupons for these floating around. Check out the Coupon Database (http://www.organicgrocerydeals.com/forums/coupon.php).
Those 'Natural' Temptations cat treats were $1.89, with my doubled $1/1 coupon they were FREE!
I also hear those Nature's Source cleaners are about $2.79, so w/the $1/1 coupons that have been in the last few inserts they're $0.79 each. I did not see these at my location.
A little indulgence:
GET A FREE* MOVIE TICKET COUPON FOR NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM: BATTLE OF THE SMITHSONIAN when you buy any four (4) HERSHEY'S candy bags (11-17.25 oz.) in a single transaction between 5/3/09 and 5/9/09. Use four $1/1 coupons on any one Hershey’s Special Dark Kisses bag (priced at 4 for $10)from 4/19 and get four bags of chocolate and a FREE movie ticket for $2.
Don't feel guilty if you eat all:

For conventional shopping, there is potential for lots of cheapies/freebies w/the right coupons. I was hoping they'd have the Reynold's Recycled Foil there so I could cash in on my $1/1 coupon ($2), but they didn't have any at my location. I basically brought all my coupons and just shopped around, but I was so limited on time that I'll be going back. Items vary by store and not everything is advertised online, so your best bet is to check it out w/your whole coupon stash on hand. There were quite a few ladies at my location w/wads of coupons in their hands. Some people left coupons next to products they didn't buy themselves, as I did, to try to help someone else out. There is a limit of 25 coupons per person per day, but still 4 days left to shop---deals good thru May 9th!
