Soy Nog (Dairy free)

water
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 gallon organic soynog
1 whole nutmeg

Pour water in a small, flat-bottomed bowl, to about 1/4 inch deep. Mix together cinnamon and sugar and place on a flat surface (like a plate). Dip rim of each cup in water, and then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture so it evenly coats the rim. Turn right side up and allow to dry. Pour soynog in each glass. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top right before serving.
