Stockpiling Organic & Natural food & HBAs

I've always attempted to eat a whole foods diet most of the time, but with so many deals on general processed foods, along with the cost of organic/natural products, I thought it impossible to save tons of money on an almost 100% natural/organic lifestyle.
I WAS WRONG!
My first taste of saving tons on natural/organic items was back in Texas a few years ago. I joined a paid subscription grocery deal program that provided me with a weekly list for foods at my favorite store, Kroger. Not only did this list tell me when an item was a good deal bottom, it also paired up MFC Qs, which resulted in rock bottom prices at the register. I mean, I actually got stuff for FREE after double/triple Qs.
Now, I'm back in the Land of No Doubles, Minnesota, where nothing is free and there isn't a paid grocery list service available, thus, I must figure out the deals on my own.
Could I still save off our grocery, cleaning, and H& BA purchases? You betcha!
10/20/07, I purchased the following items:
5 boxes of Cascadian Farm Organic granola cereal ( $5.19 ea each shelf)
5 bottles of Purex Natural Elements laundry soap (4.75 ea shelf)
10 bags of Cascadian Farm organic frozen vegetables. (1.78 ea shelf)
4 bags of Garden of Eat'n organic blue/red tortilla chips (2.99 ea shelf)
Shelf: $74.72
OOP: $27.71
Saved: $41.07 /62%
Qs used:
$1/1 Cascadian Farms Item
$1/1 Purex Natural Elements
BOGO Garden of Eat'n Tortilla Chips Cub foods Store Q
So, as long as my Qs are .75/1 or more, I will save tons on our shopping costs.
