Got some new pots and pans today. Just a set of cheapies from Walmart for $20. Everything else was like $60 or more. Or, at least for the type I wanted.

I get so disgusted with the non stick stuff. No matter what happens stuff flakes off and gets in the food, it's disgusting and incredibly not healthy. So, woo for non nonstick pots and pans, lol.

Also bought a pair of sneakers for DD, her very first set of shoes. $10 for those. Which, how her little size 4 shoes can cost...

Fall and Halloween

It keeps getting cooler and cooler here, I'm very excited as this is my favorite season. Booger seems to enjoy it as well when we go outside. The other day we were watching traffic on the street and enjoying ourselves and suddenly she started making this noise like she was blowing her nose. I look at her and every time the traffic disappeared and she couldn't see any more cars she was scrunching up her face at the empty street and blowing air out of her nose at it. Needless to say, it cracked me...

I've got a blog again!

Well, goodness, I didn't think I'd be blogging again. Life has been a bit wild this year. Sharing personal info has been painful, and really, so little time to spend on words when the emotions have been flowing.

But then, well, I miss sharing. I miss chatting about life, times, and especially the odd little ways to save money that just pop up during a day.

For now, yikes, much to get up and running on the forums, family is here, father is ill, and my "to do"...

My First Bloggness

So...I'm pretty bored actually.

Not much to do.

We bought mary jane candies today, they were alright, but they were store brand so not as good as true mary janes. Same with some candy corn.

I've been in the mood lately for some potato candy. It's going to be soooo tasty. I can't wait until this weekend when I can get my ingredients. Maybe I'll pick up some organic peanut butter and see how it goes with that, never cooked it with that before.
