DEAD DEAL Frazier Farms Ad 5/19 - 5/27

Frazierfarmsmarket.com

I met up with a local HCW member for the first time at Frazier Farms Market awhile back and am glad for the meet and greet. If it hadn't been for her, I would have missed this store altogether due to its weird location (it is in a strip mall type setting) and would have never know what I was missing. Sharing is good!

My top picks for this week.

Almonds, Raw 1lb bag $2.99
The bagged raw almonds in this store are regularly priced at $2.99. A good idea is to read thru the ad when you first come into the store and then compare prices in the store. The reason I am mentioning this is because a lot of people don't realized that the pre-bagged dried goods such as the bagged raw almonds, are sometimes cheaper than the open bin goods, and most often times are the exact same product. Or at least they are in this store where they bag most of their own products for your convenience.

Annie's Organic Macaroni & Cheese 5oz 4/$5
$.75/1 and $1/2 Home Mailers

Barbara's Cheese Puffs 16oz 2/$3
These cheese puffs are yummy! They don't stain my fingers and I actually feel satisfied after eating only a few handfuls. Really! LOL!

Broccoli Crowns 77˘ lb #35 on the Clean Fifteen list.
I love broccoli and always try to have it on hand fresh and/or frozen. Since my kids also like it raw and cooked, this makes it that much more easier to accomplish.
Interested in an easy read about some of the real benefits of eating broccoli? Check this link out. NaturalNews.com Broccoli Compound Found to Protect Against Lung Disease

Corn, White 5/$1 #45 on the Clean Fifteen list
Corn is hot on the market for the months of May and June and the prices are just getting and better by the week. Yeah!!!

Honest Teas 16.9oz 10/$10
$.50/1 and $1/2 Tearpads, $.50/1 RP 05-10, B5G1F coupons

Mangos, Manila 5/$1
This is a great price for mangos, but I am holding out for the traditional type that I am used to seeing and eating. I am always up for trying new foods but these just didn't appeal to my palate for some reason. To each their own. :)

Strawberries Organic 1 lb Clamshell $2.49
Strawberries are #6 on the Dirty Dozen List. So whenever possible you should try to buy these organic. The Buyers Guide to Strawberries will give you some incite as to why buying these organic is so important and hopefully it will help you decide what is right for you.

Wallaby Organic Low Fat Yogurt 6oz 79˘

What awesome prices! I wish mangos would go on sale for that price around here. I guess I should move to Cali ;)

I know...the grass is always greener on the other side~

I did find organic mangoes at a local grocery store for $.88 each. Too bad that they were out, BUT I did remember a rain check. (Now if only they'll get more in--not likely).
