Every year at our Farm Stand in Carmel Valley, CA, we plan lots of events and activities on Saturdays during peak growing season (from June through October). This year we’re celebrating 25 years of dedication to organic food and farming. If you’ve never been to a Farm Stand event, you’re in for a very special treat!

Special Celebrations

Harvest Festival Free Admission!
Bring the whole family to our grand harvest celebration! The Farm Stand becomes a pumpkin-packed wonderland for a great fun-filled day of games, pumpkin carving demos, squash and pumpkin tastings, music, farm tours, train and hay rides, and more! Saturday, October 17. 11am–3pm.

Farm Walks


Bug Walks
Kids of all ages learn about beneficial insects and help us release ladybugs into our fields. Fun for the whole family! $5/child (includes goodie bag), adults free. First Saturday of the month, June thru October. 11am–noon.

Chef Walks
Join “Farmer Mark” Marino and a special guest chef for a walk into our fields to pick your own organic vegetables. You’ll learn about the benefits of organic farming and get insider chef tips. After the walk, enjoy a cooking demo and tasting, and take home delicious recipes to try yourself. $20/adults, $5/children 12 and under. Saturdays, June 13, July 25, August 22, Oct. 31. 10am–noon. Reservations required.

Flower Walks
Our own Janna Jo Williams leads you into our fields to pick your own fresh organic blooms, and gives you tips for unique ways to present your flowers. $20/adults, $5/children 12 and under. Saturdays, June 27, Sept. 12, Oct. 10. 10am–noon. Reservations required.

Harvest Walks
Follow “Farmer Mark” Marino through our fields on a fun and informative walk, learning about organic farming and harvesting your own fresh organic produce to take home. $15/adults, $5/children 12 and under. Saturdays, June 20, Aug. 8, Oct. 24. 11am–noon. Reservations required.

Farm Stand Workshops

Corn Husk Doll Workshop Free Admission!
Make your own folk art — great fun for all ages! Saturday, Oct. 3. 12:30–2:30pm.

Holiday Wreath-Making Workshops
Twist organic grapevines into a wreath, then decorate it with natural greenery. Bring your gardening gloves! $20/person. Saturdays, Dec. 5, Dec. 12. 11am–1pm.

That is a wonderful place. We visited there in the spring of 2008 while on vacation. We purchased the most beautiful tulips!!! I would love to go back again someday.

It is a long trip from Minnesota though!!!!
