Newman's Own Organics Ginger- O cookies

So spicy and sweet and delicious. I buy very few packaged desserts because I love to bake but these can't be replicated at home as well.

Funny note - I was eating these when my water broke and I was pregnant with DS. For a number of reasons I ended up with a c-section and they asked me what was the last thing I had eaten. I said " Ginger O cookies" - the nurse said " how many 3 or 4?". I said "Geez I'm pregnant - I had maybe 10 or 15 of those things. But they are organic!" Needless to say I spent a long time in the recovery room after surgey because I could not stop yaking up my cookies (litteraly) from the anaesthesia. I still love them though and I never like food after I ate it and got sick....

They are like an oreo - except the cookie is like a gingersnap with a yummy creamy filling

Fuuny, I was looking at them on Amazon today, $12 for 6 boxes, I was thinking of ordering some.
