THUMBS UP Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo & Fava Flour

I bought this as an alternative to almond flour that a recipe called for. My first time and it was $10 cheaper so I figured what the heck. Its gluten free too ;)

I don't think it would be good for baking....but I cut out pieces of chicken breast..dipped in egg...then rolled them in the flour, paprika, celtic sea salt and pepper, and oregano and fried them in olive oil....YUMMM. The best chicken nuggets EVER!!! My 2 year will NEVER eat boxed nuggets again!! Thanks Bob!!

Thanks for the review- I'm sure this is really helpful for our gluten-free members!

There are actually a number of gluten free baking recipes I've seen that use Gar/Fava flour. I haven't tried them yet but I bought some to have on hand. I never thought to use it this way. Thanks for the idea!!
