Country Choice Organic Ginger Lemon cookies are awesome! They have the perfect amount of ginger in the cookie and the creme is heavenly! The chocolate ones are good too, but my favorite are the Ginger Lemon ones!

Also, they seem to often have $1/1 coupons in Mambo Sprouts booklets. If you haven't tried their cookies before - you're missing out! They are yum!
