    Q. What stores are in the Kroger family of stores?
    A. Kroger, Kroger Marketplace, Ralphs, King Soopers, City Market, Dillons, Smiths, Smiths Marketplace, frys, frys Marketplace, QFC, Bakers, Owens, Jay C, Hilander, Gerbes, Pay Less Super Market, Food 4 Less, Foods Co, Fred Meyer, Littman Jewelers, Barclay Jewelers, Fred Meyer Jewelers. As well as convenience stores: Turkey Hill, Kwikshop, loaf'n'jug, Quickstop, Tom Thumb. There's also Kroger Personal Finance.

    Q. Does Kroger carry organic and natural products?
    A. Yes. Kroger offers many organic fruits and vegetables in their produce department. Many Kroger stores now offer a special organic/natural shopping area for those brands dedicated to organic/natural products. In addition, they also carry conventional brands that may have an organic line. These will be found on the store shelves next to their conventional counterpart.

    Q. Does Kroger have an organic store brand?
    A. Yes. Kroger carries an all-organic line called Private Selection Organics. In addition, they also carry the Naturally Preferred brand with products made with natural and organic ingredients.

    Q. Does Kroger offer a brand guarantee?
    A. Yes. Try the Kroger brand, if you don't like it, they'll give you the national brand for free. This includes the Private Selection Organic and Naturally Preferred brand. See your store for help.

    Q. Does Kroger have sales on organic products?
    A. Yes. Kroger routinely offer sales on organic products.

    Q. Can I use coupons on sale items?
    A. Yes. Coupons are a great way to get a bigger discount on sale items, including organic products.

    Q. Does Kroger offer reusable bags?
    A. Yes, Kroger sells reusable bags for at a low cost. You may purchase bags for groceries/food items or insulated bags for frozen/cold items. You may also bring your own bags from home. Some stores offer a discount off your order for each bag you bring in and reuse. See your store for details.

    Q: Is a store card needed?
    A: Yes. You must obtain a store card to get the sale prices.

    Q: May I use two coupons for a BOGO sale?
    A: Yes, you are able to use one manufacturer coupon for each item purchased (BOGO would be the purchase of 2 items) unless either of the coupons have a restriction printed on them.

    Fred Meyer has a reward card, but it's not required to get the sale price.
