Default My Organic Market- February Sales (DC, MD, NoVa)

My Organic Market- February Sales
View the ad (pdf) here: http://www.livingnaturally.com/PDFDo...U5FFN65FV7.PDF

My picks of the month:

Muir Glen organic pasta sauce $2.79
There are a lot of $1/1 coupons listed in the database, including printable coupons which MOM accepts. These coupons bring the price for the pasta sauce down to $1.79 which is a great deal for a quality, organic sauce. I will be stocking up on this deal since it's not often that I can get organic pasta sauce for this little.

Yogi tea organic tea bags, 16 ct $2.69

There is a home mailer coupon for a free box as well as a 50 cents off coupon. I'm a big tea drinker, so I'm always looking for a deal on different varieties of tea. If tea is your bag, (pardon the pun) then you'll probably want to consider getting a couple of boxes. This isn't a stock-up price.

Brown Cow whole milk yogurt, 6 oz cups .79
Mambo Sprouts has a coupon for $1/4 of the small cups. That would bring your price down to $2.16 for 4 cups, or 54 cents a cup which is a great price for natural/organic yogurt. Keep in mind this is the whole milk variety, so if you're in search of a deal on the lower fat varieties, you'll want to use the $1/1 Mambo Sprouts or printable coupon on the 32 ounce container to get the best price this time.

Dr. Bronner's Organic Castile Rose Oil liquid soap
32 oz- $7.89
16 oz- $4.99
8 oz- $3.19

If you haven't tried Dr. Bronner's liquid castile soap, you're missing out. I've used this soap for anything and everything. You can use it for washing your hair, body wash, in your hand soap pump, home cleaning, etc. (Dr. Bronner quotes 18 different uses!) It's a concentrated formula, so keep that in mind when you're choosing what size you'd like. I bought a 32 ounce bottle last year when it was on sale and it's not quite empty yet. I've never seen coupons for Dr. Bronner's, but this is about 50% of the price you will get at other retailers, and about 40% off of the regular MOM price. Keep in mind this special deal is only on the new Rose variety.

Rudi's Organic bakery bread $3.69
In my book, Rudi's makes the best organic sandwich bread. If you contact the company about trying their product, they will send out a $2 off coupon which makes this a great deal!

Country Choice organic instant oatmeal $2.49
There is a $1/1 printable coupon listed in the database which makes the price $1.49 for the package. I'll probably be stocking up on at least a few boxes as I've seen an increase in the prices for oatmeal and other grains. In this economy, it's even hard to find non-organic instant oatmeal like Quaker for much less than $1-$1.50 per box.

Cascadian Farm organic cereal or granola 2/$6

There are almost always coupons available for Cascadian Farm products. Right now I see numerous coupons listed in the database for $1/1 including some peelies and printable coupons. Using these coupons will bring the final price down to $2 per box which is a great deal for organic cereals and organic granola.

Additional savings tips:
- MOM usually doesn't advertise their produce sales in the flyer. The prices change with what's in season and in demand. Check out the shopping guide on OGD for what's in season during February. If you buy from those items, you will get a great deal on the freshest organic produce possible. (MOM carries only organic produce.)

-Use your reusable bags! MOM gives a full 10 cent refund for each reusable canvas tote they use to pack your groceries. If you don't have totes, you can take in paper bags and they'll give you a 5 cent refund for each paper bag they use to pack your groceries.
