I got one of these last December. It works GREAT!

I'll pull that joker out and use it if...
- I start to get a sinus headache
- my nose is stopped up, but I can't blow anything out *ewww...*
- my nasal passages are dry and irrated

I got mine at Walgreens for $9.99.

Since that one relies only on gravity, you may want to try this one if you need a little pressure to flush things out.
