Hot Deal Alert Fred Meyer Founder's Day Sale Next Week

Fred Meyer sent me a sneak preview of their Founder's Day Sale for next week and there are some sweet deals! All Seventh Generation and all Kashi products will be 40% OFF! Also Kettle Brand chips (various sizes) will be on sale for 3 for $5. I think I'll go hunt down some coupons for this sale. I'll be back to post what I can find! Also Fred Meyer sent me a link to a coupon that will automatically give me 500 bonus points for my rewards card. I just have to bring it in anytime next week and scan the coupon. I would post the link except I think it is intended for people who have their rewards card and are on their email list. So go sign up (all Fred Meyer Shoppers) if you haven't already.

Their is an Kashi GoLean Waffles printable coupon 1.50 off one box , i was able to print two. Their on sale for 1.79 which makes after the coupon .29 cents. And my Fred Meyer happen to have an Kashi Booklet on top of one of displays. The Booklet had about six different coupons in it.

$ 1 0ff any kashi quick cook pilaf
$ 1 off any frozen kashi product
$ 1 off any kashi granola
$1 off any kashi TLC snack

Great buy on the waffles! There are also $1.50 home mailer coupons out for the waffles if you're lucky enough to get your hands on a few.
