Ditto here. I tried 3x and then tried refreshing like someone else did at HCW. Still no luck.

I called the company and she said to keep trying. The reason it is doing it is because the system was down earlier and so many consumers are trying.

Bummer....I kept refreshing and it finally told me I am not one of the first 1000 to respond. I can get a free sample of the shampoo/conditioner though. I wanted the bag :(

I saw the promo to print coupons for the Aveeno products and got the error message again. For kicks, I tried to see if they are in the database and they are. This week Aveeno products are on sale at CVS and if you spend $25, you get $10 extra bucks. If you work it out and use the $10 coupon from the database, your final OOP could be $5 instead of $15. A great deal for Aveeno products!

I tried 3 times from my phone and got the internal error. Kinda irked me. Got home from the park with the little man and the site just hourglassed for me. I'm hoping my attempts on my phone worked-we shall see.

I got my AVEENO reusable organic cotton bag and a couple of the free samples in the mail the other day. Woohoo!!! The bag is soo cool!

Be on the lookout as I didn't really expect to get this and so it was a nice surpise. Oh and BTW, it came in one of those weird grayish-white plastic shipping bags and not a box.
