I just went there and they are still offering free samples however, you do have to pay shipping and handling now.

Paying $4.95 shipping and handling for a 4oz. sample is not a freebie.

When this was originally posted, there was no S&H requirement.

I've updated the original post to warn people who aren't interested in paying the shipping costs.
