From time to time, we may take the site down for maintenance. However, the site may also go down on it's own. You may also have other issues to report. You can post them here in the thread, or you can contact us directly through our CONTACT US link. We will try to figure out the issue and post an answer as soon as we can.

A quick tip for many problems including login issues and problems tracking threads is to do the following:

* Delete your temporary internet files
* Delete your cookies
* Close your browser
* Open your browser back up and login back into the site
* Be sure to hit the "remember me" button when you login

Following those steps tends to take care of most people's issues when the site has general quirks. For other issues that aren't resolved after you try that, do get ahold of us and we'll try to work it through.

It gets to about 25% chat start up and then bam, the pop up

Maybe I'm messed up. I had an avie yesterday, didn't even realize it was gone until Bexx said something, chat worked yesterday, but now it won't. And I never have been able to look at anyone's profile. Or else maybe it's been so long since I was a newbie on a site I forget what limits are on me, lol.

At this point I think any attempts to "fix" you would probably mess you up more.

Ok, I've met my 2 day requirement thing and all, have all priveleges to everything, but now chat only will load up to 50% on the last thing and then clunk out and say incorrect user id or banana.

Fix me! I'm too precious to not have chat! ^_^

Could it be your browser? Whenever I use Firefox on my ancient computer at home I have wierd issues but in IE or when I use Firefox on DH's laptop it is fine. You may want to try downloading a newer version of whichever browser you are using.
