Heidi and I have it stuck in our heads that we've been blessed with great communities, and as such, we have many ways we can give back to the world around us.

While we don't intend to operate OGD as a non-profit, charity site, we do know that we have some ways we can get things done to help others.

So as part of our company philosophy of helping others, we've created this forum and we will keep it updated with ways our members can help us accomplish some life changing support to others.

Each week, we'll post some things that you can do to help out the forum, and we'll keep a log of what we're contributing to this fund.

We've got some good suggestions for some projects we can support, and we're open to other ideas as well.

We appreciate that we have great members who are willing to help us make a difference in other people's lives. Our communities have had several really wonderful instances of success between our adopted families, auctions for members in need on the site, and more. We've proven that an online community can have attributes similar to the community that is in your home town. And frankly, I think our online communities go a step further because there is a higher need for trust between members in a virtual world to make it all work than you'd need off line.

So, watch this forum for projects we're hoping to fund, and offers you can do to help fund the projects.
