This reading was quite the opposite of what I expected. WOW! Interestingly, this makes a bit of sense because I tend to sleep better and sounder with the covers nearer to my face. Must be the extra CO2.

The thing that I was thinking about when they mentioned increased CO2 for better health was breastfeeding babies. Most moms now use a receiving blanket or some sort of cover up to keep the peepers out (lol). I always thought that it would be hard for the babes to breath, but maybe it shouldn't be such a concern. Maybe it's actually good for them.

I was also thinking about the covers on a bed with some people. I always thought it was really stuffy myself, but a lot of people love to sleep with their blankets over their heads.

Hmm...I wonder if putting the covers over hubby's face while he sleeps will help the snoring? I'll be testing out that theory this week.

Just don't pull them toooo tight over his head! Maybe I should try that w/ my DH too :)
