I got mine in the mail today too! I was thrilled because it makes the price of the bread almost like the cheapie mainstream store brand stuff at the bakery outlets -- but GOOD stuff, with no HFCS or other junk!

Good, I hope I find some.
Right now I'm a fan of the Alvarado St. bakery breads and bagels. Even my picky 3 year old eats the sprouted grain bread. THAT is a shocker! PLUS...twice now, she has actually eaten the CRUST. Anyone who has kids knows that that is a big deal.
