New Organic Items on the shelf!

Please list any items you see at the Kroger co. of stores that are new to the store here.

Today I saw Pirate's Booty and bear naked granola with New Item tags at Krogers in TN. There was also quite a few other New Item tags, I'd say between 10 and 20, in the organics section, but they were already wiped out of whatever the item was! lol.

I'm real fuzzy on the prices, but I THINK the PBooty was around $2.50-$3, and the bear naked was $4-$5.

I saw the Guiltless Gourmet items on clearance as "discontinued item" at Kroger. Does anyone know if Guiltless Gourmet is going out of business, or just changing products in its lineup, or if Kroger is just going to stop carrying it? I stocked up on blue corn chips and black bean dip.

Does your Kroger have a small "Nature's Market" area dedicated to natural/organic items? That's how the Krogers in my area are set up, and I've noticed that they have a lot of markdowns in that area for items that are still waaaay ahead of expiration. My *guess* is b/c that area is so small, that they have to clear things more often to make room on the shelves for new things. It could mean that the item is being discontinued from the manufacturer, but it could also be that they just don't have enough shelf space to keep everything.

You could always contact Guiltless Gourmet through their website, and express concern w/ Kroger clearing out the items, and that you're a loyal consumer, yada yada, and they may send you some coupons!
