GDA: Imagine Organic Broths & Soups $1.75 AC, ex 11/08

Kroger has Imagine Organic Broths & Soups on sale until 11/08 for $2.50. At my store there were tons and tons of .75/1 peelies on most all Imagine products. This brings the price down to $1.75.

That's a great deal! I haven't been able to find those peelies anywhere around here for over a year now.

The Cuban Black Bean Bisque is addictive and they make the best stocks.

I saw the black bean bisque, but I didn't know if it was good, or even what to do with it.

I have to go back today b/c I left a bag there last night (grrr!), so maybe I'll pick up a carton or two of it to try.

There are also the $1/1 Imagine coupons from Delicious Living magazine if anyone happens to have old copies. The coupons are still good but the magazines are nowhere to be found since they're from September.

I like to add a can of black beans and a can of Muir Glen diced tomatoes with green chiles to the carton of black bean bisque. Then we top it with some cilantro or sliced green onions, and a little bit of fat free sour cream for me. DH also likes tortilla chips crumbled on top of his.

When I went back tonight, I bought two cartons of the black bean bisque - that's all they had. There were still several of the peelies on products and I left plenty for others. :)
