I haven't verified this deal, but this was posted by jnksmom @ HCW:

I forgot to check the ending date on this, but when you buy 2 cascadian farm frozen veggie or fruit, it generates a $2.00 OYNO. There are $1.00 Q's out there and the frozen veggies are on sale this week for $2.39.

2 x 2.39=4.78-1.00MQ-1.00MQ= $2.78/2 -2.00 Catalina=2/.78 pretty good for organic veggies!

I used all my Cascadian Farms coupons last week. :(

Which Kroger-family store specifically - a Kroger, a Fred Meyer, a QFC or ???
