Kroger change to Internet coupon policy

Well I read a disturbing article yesterday on another couponing site that said Kroger management has just made a decision not to accept more than 2 internet coupons per order rung up--not 2 of each coupon, but 2 total. It also stated that they wouldn't accept any $1 or over I think. So, the next time you go to Kroger be aware of this and hopefully you won't experience it. There were some that commented on that site that they hadn't had the experience, but other people had....I wonder if it is up to the managers of individual stores? If it happens at my local store, I know it will definitely affect my decision to shop there...I mostly shop there because I can double coupons up to $1 and I can use internet printable coupons. I don't know, first Walmart won't accept them, now Kroger. Great.

That totally stinks!!!!! Kroger is one of the 2 places I can find some organic produce and meats *the cheaper of the 2, Ukrops overcharges*

I've been using 4-5 coupons per trip for the last three weeks or so and have had no problems. However, I'm sure, however, that this can be circumvented by just doing your shopping over several different ring-ups.
