OK so I know this forum is all about exercise, but let's face it -- if you're eating junk, you won't have as great success (if at all).

The more videos of his that I watch the more convinced I am that I need to see a nutritionist.

I am so glad that you have posted some of his videos. The videos were a jumping off point for me, especially with stevia. I looked more into it and now use it some of the time. I haven't ventured into cooking with it though. I've tried to get family members to try it, but they are a bit stubborn. Some are even using Splenda!?!

If you haven't watched all of his videos, do it! They are informative. Even if you don't want to trust what he's saying, go find the books that he quotes from and shows in the videos and read them. I'm sure a library in a city would have them, or you could access them through and interloan program @ a local library if yours doesn't carry it/them.
