Ingles -- Triples up to .50 ends 7/25

The Ingles stores in this area are tripling up to .50 this week. The sale ends tomorrow 7/25.

Has anyone gone to Ingles and seen any good deals on organic/natural products?


I'm heading out in a little bit to meet up with dh in Knoxville so we can go to Earthfare but there's an Ingles on the way and a few around there that I want to check out.

I've gone before when they had triples but I was still using a lot of the regular type coupons.

Well I went to Ingles and didn't find a whole lot of organic deals but I did find a few:

Filippo Berio (sp?) Extra Virgin Olive 25.5oz
on sale for $6.98 (reg. $8.58)
- $1 cpn (bought 2)
= $5.98 ea

Santa Cruz Organic Lemonade 32 oz
on sale $1.33 (reg. $2.48)
- .75/1
= .58 ea (bought 7)


Dunbar Roasted Sweet Peppers (not organic that I know of)
on sale $1.18 (reg. $1.31)
- .40/1 tripled
= free plus .02 overage ea (bought 4)


Organic Valley Sour Cream $2.98
- .50/1 tripled
= $1.48

Organic Valley Cream Cheese on sale $1.50
- .50/1 tripled
= Free (bought 6)


Biz Powder $3.98 (not organic but I use it sometimes in place of the Arm & Hammer Washing Soda when I make my homemade powdered laundry soap)
- $2.50/1
= $1.48 ea (bought 2)

4 Bounce dryer sheets $2.88
- $1/1
= $1.88 (or at least this should have been... just noticed on the receipt that they rang up at $4.88)... UGH!! I'll have to save the receipt and ask dh to stop by with them on Monday as he goes by there to work. I was trying to watch the prices ring up and I missed these apparently. Phoeey!! I don't mind paying $1.88 but not $3.88 for these!! I always cut my dryer sheets into 4 strips to make them last longer... 1 strip per load.



2 Earthbound Farms Organic Carrots (1lb bag) $1.38
- .75/1
= .63 ea
(should have waited and got these Super Target as they were just .99 there and I would have only paid .24 ea.)



Stonyfield plain yogurt $3.58
- .50/1 tripled
= $2.08 ea (bought 2)


and 2 deerfield park waters (dh grabbed) $1 ea




Total OOP: $54.07


Total Saved: $50.60

Not bad at all! Don't you hate it when you get something at triples and then realize you could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere?

lol yes I do. The q I used on the carrots though wouldn't have tripled as it was .75 but the carrots I thought was a great price until I saw those at Target for regular price of .99.

I'm remaking my price book to include the organic prices and have to make sure I note this one. Oh well, live and learn.
