I'm not sure if there are many hyvee shoppers on here, but I just wanted to remind everyone that they have a scan right guarantee. This happened to me today and it is the first time it happened. I went to get the awesome 3lbs of organic pears for 2.69 a bag and they rang up at full price at 4.99, I mentioned it to the cashier and whipped out the ad to show her and the manager came over and they checked to make sure it was the right product. Then she says, well you'll be getting these free now, I was like okay! The rule is that if an item doesn't ring up on sale, then hyvee will refund you the charged price up to 5$ and if the product is over 5$ then you will be refunded the non-sale/sale difference plus 5$, I believe. I know a lot of times i've heard of people bringing their receipt to the customer service counter, but i guess i caught it so they just did it right then. A manager then came by grabbed the paper and went to change the info in the system. The cashier was like, I hope you didn't want that salepaper, so i told her i would just get another one, hey I just got 3lbs of organic pears for FREE, I wasn't complaining...
