Another plus to BRM is that almost all ingredients come from US sources. There are a few exceptions (like pumpkin seeds and something else), but they note that. I have an email from them about this, but it was before a computer crash and I've never figured out how to re-import my saved emails. I have them on a file on a disk. :P

Their 8-Grain cereal is one of our favorites. It has wonderful flavor and texture. Fred Meyer will also "special" order like larger sizes of bags of flour for you......IF it's in their book. Saves the shipping cost, which to Alaska is astronomical for heavier items like 25lbs of flour. lol

I just started using their flax seed meal and love it. I wrote to them and asked for coupons (stuff is expensive) and they said they had none to give. Bummer.

They are literally 4 exits down the freeway from my house. They have a shop/restaurant right there on site. They do coupons for the local store.

I just bought the chocolate cake mix at Winco this past weekend. I haven't made it yet, but I'm dying to try it out. :)

I'm pretty sure that I asked for info from a link through Vegetarian Times magazine, and they sent coupons with the info. Hmmm.

Wait, maybe it was Hodgon Mills. How many "Mills" are there? lol!

Ok, Bob's Red Mill is listed here on the request info page:

    http://www.argifocus.com/client/Home.../rsdefault.asp

No guarantees that you'll get coupons, but it's worth a shot!

DG, go through that link above. Veg Times automatically sends your info to them, so you may have luck if it's a promotional-type thing.

    From their e-newsletter:

You are cordially invited to the Grand Opening Celebration of our new World Headquarters
at 13521 SE Pheasant Court, Milwaukie, Oregon on Thursday, May 1st, 2008. Join us anytime from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We've moved! In September 2007, Bob's Red Mill moved to a large manufacturing and distribution facility in an effort to meet increased demand for whole grain and gluten free products. Our new facility is just one mile from our former plant and our Whole Grain Store. The new building is 2 1/2 times the size of our former manufacturing plant and our gluten free facility is now 4 times larger than before.

This move has been very exciting for our 180 employees and we will be hosting a Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, May 1st. Bob's Red Mill employees will be giving tours of our new facility and Bob will show you how we stone grind our products. A whole grain pancake breakfast will be served all day, along with cooking demonstrations, free samples, and historical displays.

We hope to see you there!
