I have a question- has anyone done this more than once? I'm asking because it's been available so long. I'm wondering if it's a once and done thing, or if we can do it once a quarter, or even once a year!

I just retook the survey and I was told that I will be receiving my coupons soon. However, I don't know if I'm much off a help because I've moved since last year. But I did use the same email address as last time.

I just did the survey again and the coupons automatically came up to be printed after I submitted the survey. 4 on one page, 1 on the next. The single coupon printed out on the first page followed by 4 more coupons on the next page. All of these show as expiring 9/30/2009.
