If you have this coupon, you get 2 jars of alfredo and 2 jars of red sauce for the price of 1! That's a total of 4 jars for $3.07! Check the ingredients on the various varieties. Some contain soybean and sugar, but none of them contain any HFCS.

I'm listing this chicken in my top picks this week to show that it's barely a healthier alternative to any of the other chicken in your supermarkets (excluding organic, of course). These chickens are raised entirely on a vegetarian diet, primarily corn and soy. Soy and corn are the 2 top genetically engineered crops. Also, check out the latest post about conventional chicken's feed containing arsenic. FDA's latest admission: approved chicken contains arsenic! FDA has prohibited the use of hormones in ALL poultry. So, the only benefits there are with the Publix GreenWise Market chicken over the other conventional chicken is that it is antibiotic-free and the chickens are said to be humanely raised. The peanut butter jars had $1/2 hang tag coupons on them, so my final price was 2 FOR $6.89! I bought the only 5 jars they had left in clearance.

The Classico Sauces were only $2.37 at the Publix I went to! In addition there were $1/1 Pasta WYB 2 Classico Sauces hang tag coupons on the jars. I bought 4 Alfredo Sauces, 4 Red Sauces and 4 pkgs. of Alma's Organic Pasta. The total came to $13.46 w/ the B1G1 FREE sale prices. I used 2 of the B2G1 coupons and 4 of the $1 OFF Pasta coupons and brought my final total down to $4.72 for all 12 items.

Also, Muir Glen Organic Soups are priced 3 FOR $5. They had $1/2 Publix store coupons hanging on a display and there were also $1/2 manufacturer peelie coupons on the cans. After stacking the manufacturer and store coupons, your final cost is 2 FOR $1.33.
