I-Trader Ratings (trade feedback)

If you're planning on trading coupons here, we have a feedback system known as I-trader ratings. If you'll notice under your own screen name, you'll see a number written in parenthesis. If you click on the number, it's hyperlinked to a page that has your feedback for trading.

Feedback is supplied by members with whom you've done a trade. Similar to Ebay feedback, it lets another trader know that you're a good trader and uphold your end of a trade. Since the feedback is coming from peer-review, it helps others see and understand what kind of trader you are.

Please be sure to remember to leave feedback if you trade. It's helpful for everyone involved, particularly as we develop the trading community here at OGD. Many of our members might be new to coupon trading, and feedback will help them make good decisions about who they should make trades with.

If you have a trade that isn't going so well, please be sure to make all attempts to work out the issues of the trade before leaving negative feedback.

While OGD is not responsible for trades between members, we will support members by providing a list of known bad traders. Our goal is to make sure you don't get burned by trading, have fun, meet new people, and save money!

I have a question: what transactions can you leave itrader feedback for? just trades coupon/coupon or can you also leave feedback for coupon/actuals-pphf trades, RAOK, auctions, etc?

I don't always have any coupons worth trading for coupons and use PPHF instead but would like to leave feedback for the transaction and am worried I won't get feedback since I don't actually trade coupons normally.

Yes, iTrader can be used for any of those: coupon trades, actuals trades, PPHF trades, potlucks, trains, secret pals, RAOKS, auctions. Basically any transaction where the sender and/or receiver are expected to fulfill a promise or obligation.

With the feedback rating My score is a 5 but I have 6 positive feedback ratings, How is your score calculated?

I couldn't find the answer that you were looking for here at OGD, but I did find the answer over at our sister site HCW. Here it is in brief as well as the actual HCW link. HTH.

Why is my rating score so low when I know I have done more than that many trades?

The score that shows in a parenthesis under your user name and in your profile is calculated based on unique traders only. So if you have done 10 trades with the same person their feedback only counts once towards your rating score.

Note: Once you achieve a gap of at least 9 more unique trades, then another trade with the same person will count towards your rating score.
