I emailed them to ask for a list of participating items. Here is their reply, please note what I made bold:

You inquired about the list of participating products for our Flicks For Free Promotion. We request that you visit your local Vons store and speak with an associate at the Customer Service Booth, who will be happy to assist you in this matter.

Further, for your convenience, we have provided a description of how our promotion works. When you use your Vons Club Card to purchase $40.00 worth of participating products in a single transaction, you will receive 2 free tickets, good at any participating theater. The $40.00 total is after all coupon and Club Card savings are deducted. There is a limit of 2 tickets per transaction and no limit per household.
