I'm so excited to be able to let you know that the weekly coupons have Wild Harvest Organic brand coupons for you to use! Way to go Shaw's!!! You can print them now, but they are only valid for Friday, Oct 2 thru Thursday, Oct 8.

Shaw's Printable Coupons

$1/1 WHO Sweet Grape Tomatoes (16 oz.)
$1/1 WHO Organic Large Brown Eggs (1 dzn.)
$1/1 WH Natural 100% Cranberry Juice (32 oz.)
$1/1 WHO Salsa (16 oz.)
$1 off Wild Boneless N. Atlantic Haddock fillets (no size restriction)

Organic Bananas (#27) and WHO Fresh Herbs are only $.99! You could make some banana chips for school lunches. Also, if you weren't able to grow your own herbs year, you may want to grab a few packs of herbs to use now and/or dry for later.

If you don't have organic apple orchard near you, you should pick some apples up this week. Organic Macintosh Apples (#2) are $3.99 for a 3 lb. bag. That's about the same price as you can get at an organic apple orchard. Apples are pretty high up on the list to buy organically, so make sure you get them! Pre-cut Organic Butternut Squash (#28) is also on sale for $2.99 (20 oz.), but it's not as important to buy organically if you are trying to follow the dirty dozen list.

If you can't do gluten, Riceworks Gourmet Brown Rice Crisps are only $2.50/bag. They are not organic. You can find a $1/1 coupon here.
If you know of any other coupons, you can add them to the coupon database. Van's All Natural Wheat Free Waffles are also on sale for $3 each. The Whole Deal has a $1/2 coupon in it. Your store may accept it as a competitor's coupon, but YMMV.

Unfortunately, all of the Shaw's printable coupons listed above can not be used on any of the WH products that are actually on sale. Here is another coupon for Wild Harvest Organic Waffles, Orange Juice Or 32 Oz. Yogurt, Any. If you're able to print the $1/1 WH IP, then there are a couple of good deals. You could get some WHO Diced Tomatoes for only $.50, or you could get a bar of WHO Chocolate for only $.99.

There are several beer rebates out there. Depending on where you live, you may not have to purchase beer, like here in Maine! Again, check the database for ones that interest you. Some rebates are good for salty snacks (Miller, Tetley English Ale, etc.). If you're in search of chips for the upcoming holidays, Garden of Eatin', Dirty Chips, eatsmart, and Kettle Bakes are all on sale. Remember...not all chips are the same (Veggie Chips Comparison Chart).

I know! I can't believe how cheap their chips are compared to Hannaford's Nature's Place brand. I hope to get the ad match ups done soon.

Added the deals for the week. Wow, I just realized how late in the game I am for this week. Maybe I can get on the ball next week. Maybe there will be something that actually stands out as a great deal next week. Maybe I will stop being so sarcastic! Maybe..............but it's doubtful.
