    FYI Living Without Magazine

This magazine is an excellent resource for those dealing with allergies and food sensitivities. I get the paper copy at Whole Foods.

Me too! Love this magazine ~ informative with great recipes! I'd love to find a good deal on a subscription but it's pretty expensive.

If you find a good deal, please let me know! Did you see the cooking with coconut flours in the recent one? I may give it a try.

Yes! That's why I posted (a couple weeks ago) about coconut flour (because of these recipes. I just received my EVCO from Vitacost and want to start baking with both. Remember, I was looking for a good GF bread recipe and wanted to use coconut flour because of its fiber content. However, it looks like it's mainly used for baking (sweets). Still, I will be trying some of these recipes!

I just bought the new LO today at my local health food store ($5.65 <groan>)

In the newest issue, there is a subscription card for 6 issues...$23! That's the cheapest I've seen. I believe there are only 6 issues a year? it says you can go to their website and pay the same price. Haven't checked yet though.
