AF Organic Applesauce

All the AF products are 15% off this week, there is a HCW printable for $1/1 applesauce. I picked up 2 of organic applesauce today for $1.60 each after Q.

Nice find! I just bought non organic @ Walmart for $1.88/6-pack. The Healthy Harvest Flavored varieties are so yummy! I'll have to stop by Target for this!

Thanks!! I am glad I found you guys!

The price I paid was for the jars, they did have the individual serving cups and those would be $1.90, or about that, but I wanted to save on packaging

so I bought the jars.

They have regular with no sugar added, or Mixed berry/Apple or Pineapple/Apple that is sweetened.

You're right about the packaging. I still need to work on rethinking convenience packaging, but it's a hard battle to overcome.

And sometimes it is about whether or not you'll have to throw away the food...I mean compost it...b/c you didn't get to eat it before it went bad. It happens to me/my family too often.

I do agree with both of you though on the packaging. But at least w/ the conv. applesauce, it is all recyclable. Juice boxes, not so much.

I went to Target today. They had the large jars of applesauce for $1.60 like OP said. The three flavors I found were original, mixed berry, and pineapple applesauce. They also had the six packs for $1.80 after coupon. The flavors were mixed berry, original, and cinnamon.

The sale runs until the 12th, so you have a few more days to get in on this deal.
