2 actually. What is a Umami and a bean pot?

So, maybe 1 question with a two parter. ^_^

Bean Pot:

It's used in the oven at a low temperature, like a crock pot.

Umami is the "fifth" type of taste. (Sweet, sour, bitter, salty, umami.)
