Rater Joe's What I am eating this week -- TJ's Organic Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip

No pictures this week because it's just ranch dressing (and I have a HUGE paper due)!

Okay, since I started couponing I've only eaten Kraft and Ken's dressings. Well, I finally finished off my dressing stockpile (I'm a ranch freak) so I decided to get a bottle from Trader Joe's.

First of all, it's stored IN THE COOLER. That's right, it's not shelf-stable. Second, it's in a wide-mouth jar, so it's great for pouring into a little bowl. Third, it's 12 ounces of organic ranch goodness!

This stuff is perfect! It's not too thick, not too thin, and it has a kick! It does contain milk products but no eggs (they use veganaise in it), so it's suitable for lacto-vegetarians. The best part? It's $3.49 a bottle, which is CHEAP compared to branded organic ranch dressing.

They also have a bleu cheese flavor, but I'm not a big fan of it so if anyone wants to try it and report back, feel free!

That's awesome! We go through some serious ranch in our house too, almost a bottle a week - yipes! I have a stockpile of Kens to get through before I begin to experiment with organic varieties, but it's something to look forward to.

Sounds awesome! I was just reading an article about Faith Hill and she said her favorite snack is Lay's barbecue chips, ranch dip and a Coke! I've been craving that ever since!

OMG I love this dancing pickle. He is the coolest.

That ranch does sound yummy. I hate ranch that is not refridgerated. It grosses me out when someone pulls a new bottle out the pantry and serves it room temp. It must be served cold!

I love this dip! I had it on my salad for dinner last night. Also great for dipping and I've mixed it with with chipotle seasoning to add to my Chipotle Chicken panini.

We just got a Trader Joes close enough to our house for me to go check it out...it's 20 minutes away. My family has fallen in love with its Kettle Corn, Mandarin Orange chicken, gyosa, and greek yogurt!

I will have to check out these products. What is gyosa?

We love the frozen fetticini alfredo. It is restaurant quality and so easy to make.
